ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

WTB is hiring a passionate hospitality professional to join our management team. We are looking for a long term team member who is prepared to grow with us and beyond as our bakery evolves into its fourth year of business. The right candidate is a strong leader, has a finger on the pulse of the industry, is organized, and excels in getting to the finish line.  Having experience being apart of opening teams is a major plus- as this James Beard Nominated Bakery is rapidly growing!

REQUIREMENTS: 

• AMPLE RESTAURANT & HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

• PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

• MUST BE A MORNING PERSON

• AVAILABLE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

DISHWASHER & PORTER 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

One of the most important positions! We are looking for a dedicated dishwasher & porter to join our team. Someone that is organized, enjoys early mornings, and working with alongside an incredible team! 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• POSITIVE ATTITUDE  

• HARDWORKING 

• TIMELY ARRIVAL 

• HOURS: 6AM-2PM 

• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

• MUST BE A MORNING PERSON 

• BASIC FOOD SAFETY & FOOD HANDLING KNOWLEDGE 

• AVAILABLE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

COMPENSATION:

• HOURLY RATE; $18 PLUS IN TIP POOL

CAFE SERVER & BARISTA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for someone to join our incredible front of house team! If you have visited the tiny bakeshop, then you most definitely have left with a smile on your face because of the wonderful folks behind the counter. This could be you!

REQUIREMENTS: 

• 2+ YEARS OF F&B EXPERIENCE

• BARISTA EXPERIENCE

• CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVEN

• MUST BE A MORNING PERSON

• WEEKEND AVAILABILITY

• BASIC FOOD SAFETY & FOOD HANDLING KNOWLEDGE

• AFTERNOON/EVENING AVAILABILITY ON THURSDAYS IS A PLUS!!

COMPENSATION:

• STARTING HOURLY RATE; $12 - WITH TIPS AVG $25-$35/HOUR
