KITCHEN MANAGER 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a bakery kitchen manager to join our passionate management team; someone that has professional restaurant and management experience, is a morning person - or willing to transition to such- and loves working with others. This role intricately works with chef/ownership team and all back of house team members in creating and executing a seasonally inspired & chef driven menu. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 5 YEARS OF CULINARY/ PASTRY EXPERIENCE 

  • PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON

  • AVAILABLE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE 

COMPENSATION: 

  • HOURLY RATE DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE- STARTING AT $26 (MINIMUM)

  • PAID TIME OFF

BAKERY SERVICE  TEAM MEMBER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our bakery service team is an active and growing station that revolves around working the bakery service station. Responsible for daily preparation of our made to order menu; including sandwiches, salads & breakfast plates. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF KITCHEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON 

  • BASIC FOOD SAFETY & FOOD HANDLING KNOWLEDGE 

  • AVAILABLE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE 

COMPENSATION: 

  • HOURLY RATE; DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL- AVAILABILITY TO BE IN THE TIP POOL

  • AVERAGE HOURLY INCLUDING GRATUITY BEGINS AT $25 (MINIMUM)
