BREAD BAKER 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are hiring a dedicated & passionate bread baker! Someone who enjoys having their hands in dough- sourdough, focaccia, croissant dough & brioche. Responsible for leading the bread bake off & transitioning into dough production. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF KITCHEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • SHIFT 4AM-1:30PM 

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON 

  • ORGANIZED & COACHABLE 

  • BASIC FOOD SAFETY & FOOD HANDLING KNOWLEDGE 

  • AVAILABLE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE 

COMPENSATION:

  • HOURLY RATE; DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL

BAKERY SERVICE - line cook position

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our bakery service team is an active and growing station that revolves around working the bakery service station. Responsible for daily preparation of our made to order menu; including sandwiches, salads & breakfast plates. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF KITCHEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON 

  • BASIC FOOD SAFETY & FOOD HANDLING KNOWLEDGE 

  • AVAILABLE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE 

COMPENSATION: 

  • HOURLY RATE; DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL- AVAILABILITY TO BE IN THE TIP POOL

  • AVERAGE HOURLY INCLUDING GRATUITY BEGINS AT $25 (MINIMUM)

DOUGH LAMINATOR

We are hiring a skilled dough laminator to join our bakery team; someone that has professional restaurant & hands on lamination experience & loves working with others. The dough laminator is expected to calculate and manage dough pars, lamination scheduling, and training of others.

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • AT LEAST ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH DOUGH LAMINATION

  • PROFESSIONAL BAKING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON

  • HIRING IMMEDIATELY

COMPENSATION: 

  • HOURLY- HOURLY STARTING AT $21 — DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE LEVEL

BAKER ASSISTANT & PREP COOK 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our bakery assistant team member is a critical team member in assisting with large bake off. Post bake off- transitioning to completing prep tasks as well as being present to assist in restocking the pastry case!

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF KITCHEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • SHIFT 4AM-1:30PM 

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON

JOB DESCRIPTION:

One of the most important positions! We are looking for a dedicated dishwasher & porter to join our team. Someone that is organized, enjoys early mornings, and working with alongside an incredible team! 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • POSITIVE ATTITUDE  

  • HARDWORKING 

  • TIMELY ARRIVAL 

  • HOURS: 6AM-2PM 

  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS 

  • MUST BE A MORNING PERSON 

  • BASIC FOOD SAFETY & FOOD HANDLING KNOWLEDGE 

  • AVAILABLE TO START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

COMPENSATION:

  • HOURLY RATE; $18 PLUS IN TIPS
